FIBRETHERM automates the digestion and filtration processes for fibre analysis of feed. The device automatically controls and monitors all boiling, washing and filtration processes in a closed circuit without the need for a fume cupboard. FibreBag technology optimises sample digestion and speeds up the washing and filtration processes. All detergents are automatically fed and dosed via calibrated pumps. The determination of the NDF value after addition of the α-amylase can be carried out during operation without interrupting the process.
